"Refund took longer than I expected"
I had to exchange my tickets after my plans changed, and I don’t know why, but the whole process felt more confusing than it needed to be. The site wasn’t super clear, and customer support took a few days to get back to me. They did eventually sort everything out and I got my refund, but it definitely felt slower than it should have. Not awful, just kind of stressful.

Just wanted to let people know, I sold my tickets without any issues at all. The transfer and resale process was quick and straightforward, so if you’re worried about getting stuck with extra tickets, my experience was totally smooth.

"Fees and waiting made the price feel unclear"
Ticketmaster got the job done, and I did get my confirmation eventually, but the whole process felt more annoying than it needed to be. The site itself was easy enough to figure out, but I found myself waiting around at different steps and getting frustrated.
The biggest issue for me was the fees. At first the ticket looked like one price, but by the time I got to checkout, it was suddenly a lot higher. After already waiting to get through the process, seeing the total jump like that was really irritating.
It wasn’t a terrible experience, and I’ll probably still use Ticketmaster when I have no other choice. I just wish they were more upfront about the full price from the start so it didn’t feel like a surprise at the end.

"Good seats, eventually"
I found decent seats and got in without any real issues, once the site decided to cooperate. Had to refresh a couple of times, because apparently buying tickets needed a tiny suspense element. Overall, it worked fine, just a little slower than I’d hoped

"Payment went through fine"
Bought concert tickets on Ticketmaster last week and the payment bit was straightforward. I used my debit card, hit pay, and the confirmation email showed up right away, so that part was all good.
I’m giving it 4 stars because after I clicked pay, the page kind of just sat there loading for a little while, and I was like, great, did it freeze or what. But it didn’t charge me twice or mess anything up, so in the end it worked fine.

"Tickets came in kinda late and the app was a pain"
My tickets didn’t pop up until way closer to the event than I was comfortable with, so I was kinda stressing about it. They did work for mobile entry in the end, but the app was loading super slow right when I got to the gate, which was annoying. It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, but with the fees they charge, it really feels like it should be a lot smoother.

The seat map pretty much matched where my seat actually was, and that just made the whole thing feel a lot better. I don’t know, it was a small detail, but I was really glad it was accurate.

I was a little nervous about ending up with fake tickets, but using Ticketmaster made the whole thing feel straightforward. The tickets showed up in the app, and the transfer process seemed secure, which gave me some peace of mind. I also think it’s only fair that buyers have some protection if something goes wrong, so it was nice knowing that was there.

My show got canceled, which was annoying, and I kind of felt like they were hoping I’d just wait it out instead of pushing for help. But once I contacted them, they did get my rescheduled tickets sorted. It took a bit longer than I expected, but it worked out in the end.

"App is alright, but the website was a headache"
Finding tickets was simple, so I’ll give them that. But checkout froze on me twice, which was really annoying, especially after they make it sound like the whole process is supposed to be quick and easy. The app works okay overall, but it feels cluttered and not as smooth as promised

"Got my tickets, but the checkout surprised me"
I ended up getting the tickets, so it worked out in the end, but the checkout process was a little annoying. I was going through everything thinking I knew the total, and then the extra fees popped up late in the process. Not a huge deal, but I definitely would’ve liked to see the full price earlier.
